SHIPPING: All of our items are shipped in packaging that protects your purchase. We use bubble wrap, foam, packing peanuts, cardboard cotton-filled jewelry boxes for MOST jewelry purchases, and at time other materials may be used as well.

REFUNDS: We deal with refunds on items as follows-
* If we cannot fill your order due to a shortage in items that you ordered, we will refund the amount for that item.
* For returns as described below.
RETURNS: We will accept reutrns in these cases-
(All refunds and returns are subject to discrimination)
* Returns on items that were not ordered will be replaced by either the correct item, or in cases where the correct item was sold before return was made, a refund on that item will be given.
* Returns must be mailed within 7 days of origional shipment, determined by the postmark on the package.
* All returns ABSOLUTELY MUST include original receipt of purchase, although purchaser may obtain a copy, and also must include the purchaser's mailing address and contact information, along with a hand written statement explaining the reason for return for our records.
* Returns will NOT be accepted due to improper sizing, color, or any other characteristics of the piece in question.
